This is the first phase where we get to learn about each other and see if we are a good fit, so we can both decide if we want to work together.

On the call we will get to know each other and talk through what you are looking for, how we can help, and set a plan for moving forward.
Onboarding…
If we both decide we are a good fit to work together, we will send you quote and engagement letter to get started and then move to onboarding.
This is where we gather information on you and/or your business so we can get you set up and on the best path to success.
This will include gathering access to accounts and documentation, past tax returns, etc.
It may seem like a lot, but don’t worry - we’ll make it simple and painless.

Personal Returns: $595-$1500
S-corp/Partnership Returns: $1,200-$2,500

To assist you in estimating your projected tax due or tax refund

Meeting to discuss current tax situation and potential year-end tax moves. We will also discuss your business operations and look for areas of improvement

Gusto or QBO Payroll only
If you are an S-Corp or have employees, we will get you set you up on Gusto for payroll. You will be responsible for running payroll & paying the subscription fee, but we'll manage the integration and help trouble shoot when needed.
